William Laughlin
William brings over 35 years of recruiting experience in both government and civilian sectors. As a seasoned entrepreneur and military veteran, William has founded twelve for-profit companies and one association, showcasing his extensive leadership and business acumen. He is also a founding member of the local chapter of the Entrepreneur Organization (EO), emphasizing his commitment to fostering business growth and networking.
Patrick Laughlin
Patrick is a Naval Academy graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a decorated combat military veteran. As an INC 5000 award-winning President in the recruiting industry, Patrick has demonstrated leadership in the civilian sector. He is the founder of the Leadership Development program for the Naval Academy Preparatory School, adding to his leadership credentials.
